Our team has been working hard the past few months in conceptualising and building a powerful and unique employee survey tool, Vantage Pulse.

Finally, the technical aspects are taken care of, the designing is done, the framework is ready and the product is up and running.

In this blog, I’ll walk you through the process of building the product and what makes Vantage Pulse so efficient and one-of-its-kind.

The motto of Vantage Circle has been simple. We aim to deliver an all-inclusive employee engagement platform that helps organizations in enriching their company culture and elevating productivity. We are constantly working on progressive and innovative ideas to make Human Resource Management smoother and better.

We’ve been quite successful so far in helping corporations like Infosys, Wipro, HCL, Cognizant in their employee engagement efforts with our three products, Vantage Rewards, Vantage Fit and Vantage Perks.

However, we felt that there is one crucial element that was missing in the model. We are always talking about transforming modern organizations and building an engaged workforce and the very first step to improvement is measurement.
