About the Speaker
Deepshikha is a seasoned people person with over 10 years of experience in the fields of talent management, digitalizing HR, talent transformation, and taking various OD interventions. She has been instrumental in helping organisations build performance and learning techniques and putting those strategies into practise to promote cross-organizational decision-making.
She has worked in human resources, law, and corporate communications. She has a strong academic background, earning the Great Lakes Institute of Management's Gold Medal for Academic Achievement in Leadership and Strategy and a Dual Graduate Degree in Law and Humanities.
