Managing mental health of employees working from home

Because of the current COVID-19 Pandemic, a lot of employees have started working from home. But there is also this growing concern that remote working could harm our mental health, increase anxiety and stress.

In this podcast, mind architect Shashi Kalyanpur talks about how employees working from home can take care of their mental health. During this crisis, management should be honest with the employees. It should listen to the employees and get the scare out of them. Pressurizing them for reaching higher targets is unreasonable. It's essential to keep the employees together because that will build company loyalty.

  2. Meditate.
  3. Writing down emotions
  4. Keep small win personal goals which you are scared of
  5. Learn new skills
  6. Stop watching news
  7. Stay away from negativities in social media.
