How HR Innovation Is Driving The Future Of Work?
How HR can have a greater effect on leaders, organizations, and employees? What are the attributes that make a great HR officer? How do technology and the future of work affect strategic workforce planning? In this podcast, Dave Ulrich talks about all of these.
The goal of value is not what we do, it is what something gets because of what we do. According to Dave, learning to create value for others is one of the top organizational priorities. HR is not just about HR; it is about creating value for others through talent, workplace culture, and leadership.
HR must innovate and build the right people, the right culture, and right leadership and thus, help companies to succeed. If we keep this in mind, the future of HR is incredible.
Talking about challenges, Dave mentions that creating value for our stakeholders itself is a difficult task. In addition, racial issues, injustice issues are challenging HR, and HR must deal with them. Dave adds that every employee has something to offer. Now it’s the leader job is to discover and empower them and thus, use learning as a tool of growth.
